Here is a recipe for classic buffalo chicken wings:
2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Blue cheese dressing, for serving (optional)
Carrots and celery sticks, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the sauce. .
3.Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
4.Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the skin is crispy.
5.Serve the wings hot, with blue cheese dressing and carrots and celery sticks on the side, if desired. Enjoy!
