sesame chiken recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. In a pan, cook the marinated chicken over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add this to the cooked chicken, stirring until the sauce thickens.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
6. Serve over rice or noodles.
